Every brand performs differently. These figures are campaign records, not a promise of future results.
The starting point
What the brand was working with
KFC entered TikTok GO as a national chain, not a single pilot outlet. That scale changes the question: not “can one video do well”, but “can hundreds of outlets be found by people in their own city, every month, without depending on one post that happens to take off”.
The work began in Jul 2025 and ran in 3 expansion waves. Each wave added cities and outlets rather than adding posting frequency in the same place—because what is being built is presence in local search, and local search is per city.
How it ran
What was actually operated
Volume ran at roughly 3,000 posts a month. A number that size is not about flooding the feed; it is the minimum needed for every city, product and format combination to carry enough samples to read. Only then does it become clear which formats produce visits rather than views.
Creator content is connected to outlet POIs, then to vouchers people can buy before they set off. LIVE serves as the conversion layer at peak moments—recorded sessions for this brand reached 11.4K and 12.5K viewers, with 250K+ items sold on one of them.
How to read it
What this shows—and what it does not
The ~11% figure is a share of total sales, not a growth percentage—and that distinction matters. It means TikTok GO is already a channel carrying real weight, not an experiment at the edge.
What makes it repeatable is the structure: waves, not a single campaign. Each wave produces the data that shapes the next one.
This section is our reading of the figures above, not an additional claim. The figures themselves come from campaign records.
